Mibloo's Warranty: Our Promise to Your Pet's Products

At Mibloo, we stand by the quality and durability of every product we offer for your beloved pets. We believe in providing items that are built to last through countless adventures, naps, and playtimes.

All Mibloo products are covered under a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.


What’s Covered by Our Warranty

Our warranty ensures your product is free from defects in how it was made:

  • ✔️ Replacement or repair of items with proven manufacturing defects.
  • ✔️ Applicable to a wide range of Mibloo pet products, including (but not limited to) collars, leashes, beds, apparel, and non-consumable toys.

What’s Not Covered by Our Warranty

This warranty does not cover issues arising from:

  • ❌ Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions (e.g., washing a non-washable item, leaving a toy out in the rain).
  • ❌ Products that have been altered or repaired by unauthorized third parties.
  • Accidental damage, drops, or external impact (e.g., your dog chewing through a leash, a cat scratching a bed excessively).
  • Natural wear and tear from regular use (e.g., fading fabric, minor scuffs from everyday adventures).
  • Consumable items such as food, treats, supplements, or grooming products.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your Mibloo product has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to support@mibloo.com with the subject line: "Warranty Request - [Your Order Number]".
  2. Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or other clear proof of purchase.
  3. Visual Evidence: Attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue or defect.
  4. Description: Provide a brief but detailed description of the problem you're experiencing.

Shipping & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for warranty claims unless otherwise agreed upon with our team.
  • Once we receive and inspect the product and confirm it's eligible under warranty, we’ll handle the rest, including the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired item back to you.

Limitation of Liability

Mibloo shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from location to location.
