Mibloo's Easy Exchange Policy: For Happy Paws & Purrs!

At Mibloo, we want both you and your furry friend to be absolutely delighted with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a collar might not fit, or a toy isn't quite what your pet expected. That's why we offer easy exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.


What's Eligible for Exchange?

We're happy to exchange items that meet these criteria:

  • ✔️ The same product in a different size or color (subject to availability). For instance, a larger collar or a different color of bed.
  • ✔️ Items that are unused, unchewed, unwashed, and in their original, resellable condition.
  • ✔️ Must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. This includes any product inserts or accessories.

What's Not Eligible for Exchange?

To ensure the health and safety of all our beloved pets, some items cannot be exchanged:

  • ❌ Items that are used, chewed, washed, dirty, or damaged in any way.
  • Food, treats, supplements, or opened grooming products (for hygiene reasons).
  • ❌ Items marked as “Final Sale” or "Clearance."
  • ❌ Purchases made via third-party platforms or resellers.
  • ❌ Returns received after the 14-day exchange window.

Exchange Fees

To help cover return shipping, handling, and restocking for exchanges:

  • Domestic Orders (within the US): A flat fee of $12 applies.
  • International Orders: A flat fee of $20 applies.

How to Request an Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to support@mibloo.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clearly state your exchange request (e.g., "I'd like to exchange the Medium Blue Harness for a Large Blue Harness").
  2. Payment & Label: We'll reply with instructions for paying the exchange fee and provide you with a return shipping label.
  3. Ship It Back: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us within the 14-day window using the provided label.
  4. Processing Your Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your original item, we'll process and ship your requested exchange.

📦 Received the Wrong or a Damaged Item?

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong product entirely, don't worry!

  • We’ll cover the full exchange cost. Please contact us at support@mibloo.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue for priority assistance.

Additional Notes

  • Stock is limited: We'll do our best to reserve your requested exchange item for up to 10 business days once your exchange is initiated. If the original item isn't returned within that time, we cannot guarantee the availability of your requested item.
  • Exchange Only: At this time, we offer exchanges only, not refunds, for items that are not defective or incorrect. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for further details.
